Placing the order
There are three ways to order:
1) Ordering online is one of the most simple ways. All you need is to choose the preferred model and add it to the cart. In case you wish to create the order with several positions, you may press the button “Continue Shopping”, in case you wish to proceed with the order you need to press the button “Next”. After you fill out all the necessary information, you will be addressed to the payment options.
Within several hours our manager will contact you by e-mail. If the order was made after 19:00 pm, you will receive the confirmation before 12:00 am next day.
2) Call one of our sales assistant by the phone: +7 926 847 36 64 (Russia) Marina
3) Email us at email@example.com. Please, refer to the item reference and name to avoid the confusion.
After your order is confirmed and prepaid we send it by the post. Depending on the urgency you may choose either:
- DHL the express delivery (DHL) - 100 EUR. Delivery takes average 3-5 days. or
- Regular Russian Post - 20 EUR. Delivery takes average 1-3 weeks.
You may choose this option you complete your order.
Our online store exists already 6 years and we have never lost any single order. So we give you guarantees, you will get your order, but we are not able to ensure the exact delivery time, since this fully depends on the post service you have chosen.
Although the post services we use are very reliable, in extremely rare cases it happens your order travels longer than expected.
In these rare case we will guaranty the following:
In case you have chosen DHL: If after 15 days you have not received anything we will resend the watch on our cost.
In case you have chosen Regular Russian Post: If after the period of 80 days you have not received the order we will resend the watch on our cost.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
